Who is responsible

Kyma Technologies International, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about it, write to us at privacy@kyma-hub.com.

Visitor statistics

To learn how many people visit this website and which pages they read, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google. It runs only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit.

Once you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends Google details of your visit: the pages you open, where you came from, your browser and device, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes these details for us and keeps them for at most 14 months. We do not use them for advertising.

You can withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: we then stop counting your visits and remove the cookies.

Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we store your name, your email address, your message, the language of the page you wrote from and the date. We use them to answer your request and for any business relationship that follows from it.

Your request is stored in our database, emailed to our sales team through Loops, our email service, and read in our platform by the people who handle requests.

When you start filling in the form, Google reCAPTCHA checks that it is sent by a person, not a program. For this, Google receives details of your browser and of how you use the page.

We keep your request as long as we need it to answer you and for any business relationship that follows, and as long as the law requires us to keep records.

Hosting, fonts and videos

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages. We use the country and region Cloudflare derives from it only to offer you this website in your language, and we do not store them.

The typefaces load from Google Fonts and the videos from Cloudinary, so these services also receive your IP address when you open a page.

Data outside Switzerland

Google, Cloudflare, Loops and Cloudinary may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the USA.

Your rights

You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use. Write to us at privacy@kyma-hub.com.

You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
